Statewide Threat Assessment & Mitigation Program (STAMP)
The Arizona Statewide Threat Assessment and Mitigation Program (STAMP) was created in 2019 with the goal to collectively investigate those threats that are difficult to manage and prosecute. Since then, STAMP has expanded across the state, developing stakeholders in all 15 counties in Arizona. The STAMP process is evaluative and consultative, ensuring stakeholders maintain ownership of their cases while taking advantage of the resources and expertise found across the state. STAMP’s weekly meetings include representatives from federal, state, tribal, county, and local law enforcement agencies, along with prosecutors from the United States Attorney’s Office and County Attorney’s Offices from across the state.
STAMP leverages its strong partnerships with the Phoenix & Tucson offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Secret Service, US Marshals Office, the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC), also known as Arizona’s Fusion Center, and the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP), to positively impact education, health care, and corporate organizations across the state with behavioral threat related training and investigations.
